① Pump Efficiency Lever
- The pump efficiency lever can be set during pump operation. When the pump stops, turn the lever and A/S is issued.
② No Detergent Lamp
- When the lamp is on, pump operation is disabled.
③ Stroke Control Lever (ext)
④ Suction Pipe Connection Terminal
- Prevent pump startup without detergent
- Prevent detergent leakage from hose
- Prevent pollutant inflow
⑤ Water Flow Meter Connection Terminal
- Control pump operation by detecting water flow
⑥ Pulse Signal Lamp
- Different pulse signals according to water flow
⑦ Auto/ Manual Designation Lever
- ext: Start pump by determining pump stroke according to water flow
- int: Start pump according to the manually designated efficiency value regardless of water flow
Chain Lubricant Feed System Overview
- - Chain lubricant is sent to the pump through the suction pipe (strainer)
- - Pump receives signals from the water flow meter. The detergent is then diluted in the water line and sprayed out from nozzles through each line.
