Daesung Industrial Gas Co., Ltd was established in 1979 as a joint venture and technical cooperation with world renowned cryogenic expert Air Liquide (AL) of France and Air Liquide Japan (ARJ).

Emerging as a comprehensive gas producer over the years, the company operates state-of-the-art Air separation units (ASU) and specialized gas production facilities in Banwol, Yangsan, Yeocheon, Cheongju, Daejeon, Gumi, Paju, and Ulsan. In demand gases like oxygen, nitrogen, and argon are produced through extensive quality management, as well as LCD, Semiconductor-use gases, ultrapure gas, standard gas, detailed mixed gas, medical gas, and gas equipment with products are distributed through a nationwide supply chain to places of demand.

We are devoted to performing as a Tonnage business providing quick, economical, and stable supply through on-site and pipeline means stemming from the construction of gas production facilities that meet gas service conditions in locations of high demand, or electric, petroleum and chemical industrial complexes. Korea’s first cryogenic research institute (DCRI) has been established to produce and analyze premium quality goods, and research gas application methods and related equipment. The experience and advanced technology accumulated thus far will be used as the basis for meeting an ever progressing, diversified customers base, as we play a leading role in meeting future objectives, and continue developing application technologies.
